Dwain Dewey

With sorrow we announce the passing of Deeper Window program participant and friend Mr. Dwain Dewey. Dwain of Bonner Springs, Kansas was an active participant in our programs for eighteen months. He will be remembered as a kind gentleman with a warm and hospitable spirit. Dwain jokingly described himself as ornery but was in all ways friendly, pleasant, and generous, never failing to offer his gluten free treats or hard candies. He was beloved by fellow participants, staff and volunteers and will be dearly missed. We are grateful his devoted wife and caregiver Mary Redmond entrusted him to our care each week.
